The factory floor your brand deserves
Pack and Fill is a contract manufacturer built around a simple observation: brands don't want filling and packing from two companies. They want it done once, properly, by one team.
Built around the hand-off nobody wants
Talk to enough brand owners and the same frustration surfaces. Their filler finishes a run and ships bulk cartons across town to a packer, who labels and boxes it and ships it on again. Each leg adds freight, each hand-off adds inspection, and each extra company adds a place for the schedule — or the blame — to slip. We started Pack and Fill to remove that seam. Filling and packing share one floor, one quality system and one production schedule, so a batch that starts as bulk liquid or powder leaves as palletised, retail-ready stock without ever leaving the building.
What we do
Our filling lines handle liquids from 1 ml samples to 20 L drums and powders from single-gram sachets to 20 kg pails, with blending available for formulations that need to be made on-site. From there, our heavyweight packing operation takes over: precision labelling, batch and expiry coding, multipacking, shrink wrapping, cartoning, kitting and promotional assembly. Flexible formats — sachets, stick packs and pouches — round out the range for brands that need trial sizes and single-serve options.
How we're licensed
Production runs under Good Manufacturing Practice, with an APVMA licence covering veterinary and animal health products and NSW Food Safety accreditation covering edible goods. Those licences are not wall decorations; they shape how we operate — documented line clearances, calibrated equipment, batch records that close out every run, and a QA release gate before anything ships. When your product carries a claim on its label, the paperwork behind it needs to be as solid as the fill weight.
Who we work with
Five sectors keep our floor busy: personal care, health and wellness, pet care, household care and ambient foods. Some clients are established brands running recurring production; others are launching a first SKU and need a partner who will talk through formats before quoting one. Both get the same treatment — a costed production plan within 24 hours, honest lead times, and a team that has filled and packed half a million units a month long enough to know where jobs go wrong.

Why brands stay

- Batch records that stand up to retailer and regulator questions
- Line allocations scheduled around launch dates, not around us
- Packing built to your retailers' configurations, not generic cartons
- Part of the Pack & Fill Australia group, with deep filling heritage behind it
