Sachets and pouches, filled and counted
Form-fill-seal sachets and stick packs, plus pre-made stand-up and spout pouches — the flexible formats, run under GMP and finished with the same packing muscle as our bottle lines.

What flexible filling covers here
Flexible formats are where brands test, sample and travel. They are also where sloppy counting hides, because nobody weighs a sachet at the checkout. Our lines run with the same fill verification and count reconciliation as every other format we produce.
- Form-fill-seal sachets for liquids, creams, powders and granules
- Stick packs for single-serve powders and drink mixes
- Pre-made stand-up pouches with zip or spout closures
- Trial sizes, sample sachets and travel formats
- Fill weight and volume checks through every run
- Batch and date coding applied on-line
Choosing between sachet, stick pack and pouch
The right format depends on the product and the moment of use. Sachets suit viscous liquids and single-dose treatments; stick packs pour cleanly into a bottle of water and dominate the drink-mix aisle; stand-up pouches carry volume with shelf presence; spout pouches give liquids a reclosable, lighter-weight alternative to a bottle. We run all of them, so the format decision can be driven by your marketing rather than by whatever machinery your contract happens to own.
Where flexible formats earn their keep
Trial sizes that de-risk a product launch. Sample sachets for direct-to-consumer mail-outs and activations. Travel and gym formats that dodge airline liquid limits. Convenience serves for the school lunchbox or the worksite. And, increasingly, refills — a pouch that tops up a durable primary bottle, cutting packaging weight without losing the brand's shelf identity.
Counted, bundled, boxed
Because sachet runs produce high unit counts, the packing side matters more, not less. Finished sachets and stick packs flow into our secondary packing operation for counting, bundling, flow-wrapping or cartoning — a sampler box of thirty sachets is counted and reconciled, not scooped. Whatever the outer configuration, it is built on the same floor the product was filled on.
