Contract filling and packing services

Five production capabilities on one Ingleburn floor — filling, blending, labelling, secondary packing and flexible-format work, all under a single GMP quality system.

Capabilities

Fill it, blend it, label it, pack it — here

Pack and Fill exists to close the gap between a filled unit and a shelf-ready one. Every service below runs in-house, which means your batch never leaves our floor between filling and dispatch.

How we work

Same five gates on every job

Whether you need one service or all five, your batch moves through the same controlled sequence from goods-in to palletisation.

  1. Goods-In QC & Warehousing

Components and bulk stock are counted, checked and identified against your order before release to the floor or warehouse.

  2. Line Clearance & Setup

Lines are stripped, inspected and cleared of prior product; fill targets, tooling and artwork are signed off before start-up.

  3. Precision Filling & Verification

Calibrated fills against target weight or volume, with scheduled check-weighs to catch drift mid-run.

  4. Coding & Packaging

Inkjet batch and expiry codes verified, then straight into labelling, multipacking, shrink or kitting.

  5. Palletisation & QA Release

Cartons stacked and wrapped to your distribution spec, batch record completed and signed before release.
