Why Pack and Fill

The last hand on your product before the shelf is ours

Most brands juggle one contractor to fill and another to label, bundle and pack. Every hand-off costs freight, lead time and quality oversight. We built the opposite model: filling and secondary packing share the same floor, the same QA system and the same production schedule.

One schedule, start to pallet

Because the filling line feeds the packing line directly, your batch moves forward without an inter-facility transfer — fewer touchpoints, shorter lead times and no split accountability when timing matters.

Retail-ready output

Labelling, multipacking, shrink wrapping, kitting and carton work happen in-house, so goods arrive distribution-ready to your retailer's configuration rather than as bulk cartons needing rework.

Compliance built in

Production runs under GMP with APVMA licensing for veterinary products and NSW Food Safety accreditation for edible goods — one quality system across every stage of your order.

What we do

Five services, one production floor

Each service stands on its own, but they compound: clients who fill and pack with us skip the freight leg and the double QA hand-off entirely.

How your order runs

Five gates from delivery to dispatch

Every batch passes the same five checkpoints. You see the status at each gate, so nothing about your order is a black box.

  1. Goods-In QC & Warehousing

Incoming components and bulk stock are counted, condition-checked and identity-verified against your order before anything is released to the production floor or racked in our warehouse.

  2. Line Clearance & Setup

The allocated line is stripped, inspected and cleared of any prior product. Filling parameters, tooling and labelling artwork are confirmed and signed off before the first unit runs.

  3. Precision Filling & Verification

Operators run calibrated fills against your target weight or volume, with check-weighs at start-up and defined intervals so drift is caught mid-run, not at pallet-up.

  4. Coding & Packaging

Batch and expiry codes are inkjet-applied and sight-verified, then units move straight into labelling, multipacking, shrink wrapping or kitting to the agreed retail configuration.

  5. Palletisation & QA Release

Finished cartons are stacked to your distribution spec, wrapped and labelled, and the batch record is completed and signed before goods are cleared for collection or freight.
