Labelling, kitting and secondary packing
Our heavyweight capability. Precision labelling, batch coding, multipacking, shrink wrapping, cartoning and kitting that turns bulk stock into retail-ready goods.

What our packing operation covers
This is where Pack and Fill earns its name. Filling is only half a contract job; the last hand on your product decides how it performs on the shelf and in the distribution centre. We run that last hand as a first-class service, whether the product was filled here or arrives from elsewhere.
- Pressure-sensitive labelling — wrap-around, front/back, top and tamper seals
- Artwork and label verification at line clearance, before the first unit runs
- Inkjet batch and expiry coding with sight verification
- Multipacking, bundling, shrink wrapping and sleeve wrapping
- Cartoning, tray packing and shelf-ready display configurations
- Kitting and promotional assembly — bundles, gift sets, bonus packs
Retail-ready, not just packed
Retailers increasingly dictate how goods arrive: specific carton quantities, tray configurations, barcodes facing out, pallet labels in their format. We build to that specification rather than delivering bulk cartons that someone must rework. Goods leave our floor destined for the shelf or the distribution centre, not for a second packing bench.
Kitting and promotional work
Bundling a shampoo with a conditioner, assembling a trial-size sampler, adding an on-pack bonus or building a seasonal gift set — this work is fiddly, labour-intensive and usually poorly quoted. We run it as planned production with trained operators, documented bills of materials and counts reconciled per batch, so promotional stock arrives complete and on time rather than approximately.
Packing work on its own
You do not need to fill with us to pack with us. Contract packers and brand owners send bulk cartons of pre-filled stock for relabelling — often for regulatory changes, export markets or rebranding — and for kitting ahead of a campaign. Incoming stock passes through the same goods-in QC as components for a full production run, so accountability starts before the first label is applied.
Coding and traceability
Batch and expiry coding sits inside the packing sequence, not after it. Codes are applied and verified against the approved batch documentation, and the packing record ties every carton back to the batch it came from. When a retailer or regulator asks a traceability question, the answer is in the batch file — not in a scramble.

Fill and pack, or pack alone
Clients who fill with us skip the freight leg between filler and packer entirely. Clients who only need packing get the same GMP handling. Either way, the output is the same: palletised, documented, shelf-ready stock.
