Formulations we run every week
Protein and wellness powders, vitamin and mineral blends, sports formulations, drink mixes, baby-care and household cleaning powders, and edible powders packed under our NSW Food Safety accreditation. Where a product carries a veterinary or animal health claim, it runs under our APVMA licence. Each category brings its own handling quirks — segregation, aeration, moisture pick-up — and our line-clearance process is built around them.
Handling without the mess
Dust control is not cosmetic; it is a cross-contamination and yield issue. Powder transfer points are extraction-managed, and lines are cleared and cleaned to a documented standard between products. Allergen and product changeovers follow a defined sequence, and the batch record captures it. If your powder is aromatic, potent or hygroscopic, tell us at enquiry stage — it shapes the line we allocate.

Filled tubs coming off the auger line do not go into a transit carton for someone else to finish. They move directly into our labelling and packing operation: induction or pressure seals applied, labels verified against artwork, tubs multipacked or shrink-wrapped, cartons built to your retailer's spec.
