Liquid filling that feeds the packing line

Piston and volumetric filling from 1 ml to 20 L, run under GMP and handed straight to our labelling and packing lines — no freight between fill and finish.

What our liquid filling covers

Liquid filling is the front half of what we do. It is also the stage where most of your quality risk sits, so we treat it as a calibrated, verified operation rather than a simple pour.

  • Piston and volumetric filling for free-flowing liquids through to thick viscosities
  • Volumes from 1 ml trial units to 20 L drums and jerry cans
  • Bottles, jars, tubes, airless pumps, pails, drums and cans
  • Inline capping, induction sealing and torque checking
  • Check-weigh or volumetric verification at set intervals through every run
  • Inkjet batch and expiry coding applied before units leave the filler

Product types we run

Our lines handle the everyday realities of contract liquids — foaming hand wash that needs slowed nozzles, serum-style cosmetics dosed in fractions of a millilitre, veterinary solutions run under our APVMA licence, and dressings or syrups packed under NSW Food Safety accreditation. Viscosity, foaming behaviour and settle volumes are all worked out during line setup, so your first production run doesn't become the experiment.

Accuracy you can audit

Every fill target is locked at line clearance and checked against it. Operators run start-up checks, then scheduled verification samples through the run — weight for gravimetric work, volume where volumetric control applies. If drift appears, the line is corrected and any suspect window is quarantined before it reaches packing. You receive the batch record, not just the cartons.

From filler to shelf, without a hand-off

The reason clients choose us over a bottling-only contractor is what happens after the cap goes on. Filled units move down the same floor into labelling, multipacking, shrink wrapping and carton work. Your retail-ready configuration is built a few metres from where the product was filled, under one quality system and one production schedule. That removes the inter-facility freight leg, the double goods-in inspection and the familiar argument about where a fault occurred.

Bulk formats, same discipline

Not every liquid job is a shelf SKU. We also fill 5 L to 20 L jerry cans and drums for salon, clinical, veterinary and industrial supply, with the same calibrated targets and batch documentation as a cosmetic bottle. Whatever the container, the batch record closes out the same way.
